I know we're not supposed to borrow worries from tomorrow, but can we borrow excitement? PLEASE? Because I am so excited about Friday.
Friday has officially become the unofficial "Girly Day" for Lilah and me.
Every couple of weeks, we pop popcorn, get a kiddie movie going on Netflix and paint our toenails. On the first of every month, we go to the open studios night for all the participating art galleries in town. There usually have cookies or small snacks and wine. Lilah now equates art with cookies, so she LOVES art. lol
It's just night to have one night where we can kind of do whatever we want, without worrying about getting to bed exactly on time, or eating exactly right, or following all the rules.
It's just good fun.
And I'm looking forward to it.
And so are my toenails. woah!

Awww that sounds perfect!! And WAY more fun than the steakhouse and tractor store... which are what my date nights with Matt look like! :) One more day.... I hope Girl Day is wonderful! Love to my favorite girls!
