BLERGH - OK, so this stomach virus I have is for sure a good barometer for why I do not want to be pregnant again. Seriously - If a precious baby that was biologically mine and Ben's would fall from the sky and land in my lap, I'd be pleased as pie to have a second baby. Especially if the sky baby was just like Lilah. Seriously: I know people say that they have good babies, but she is REALLY a good baby! She wakes up every morning with a little happy smile on her face and never cries awake from overnight...just squeaks!
Anyway, she's been having some nasty diapers multiple times a day this week and I couldn't figure out what the deal was. I was worried it had been because I went back to using milk in my cereal last week (which still is an issue for her I think), but then I started to feel icky on Wednesday night and by Thursday afternoon, I had full-blown ick. Since 8:00am EST yesterday, all I've eaten is: One piece of white bread toast, 2 slices of bacon, 16 captains wafers, some mini Nilla wafers, a spoon full of peanut butter and a few almonds. I've had a fever of over 100 degrees for most of that time.
So good times.
I really want to post about Lilah's first trip to Tuscaloosa, but I don't have the energy to pull off any pictures or anything right now. I promise to do that as soon as I'm feeling better.
Luckily, she is NOT sick. Aside from the icky diapers, she is such a sweet baby. She just has the BEST personality. I can't even believe she's my baby. She is definitely helping me to feel better rather than making me feel worse, but I'm glad Ben is home to be on full on baby duty, since I'm a little weak and don't want to drop her.

I'm sorry that you have the stomach ick. Nothing like being sick and taking care a kids, much less a baby. So, I'm glad that Ben is there to pull full duty. I hope you feel better soon.
Sorry you feel crappy. Hope you feel better soon! In the meantime, just lie on the couch and bask in the perfectness of a good baby and a trooper hubby.
