Backtracking Part IV: Making Jewelry

A long time ago, back in MAY, my friend Heather invited me to join her in using a Living Social deal to attend a BYOB wire-wrapped jewelry making class at Liz Daly's studios.

We were making wire-wrapped jewelry, and - with the help of some great instruction and tasty wine - we ended up having a great time.

Heather picks through to find just the right beads.

Pliers and wire at the ready.

My finished products:  A pendant and pair of earrings with red and turquoise beads.

Me with my pretties.  And a little bit of a buzz.

This was so much fun.  I enjoyed learning a new crafty skill and spending some time with a sweet friend.  Plus we got to go home with new jewelry.  Super awesome.
