Dear Baby -

Why do you only take thirty minute naps? Do you know how impossible it is to do all the things I need to do that require two hands to do them in thirty minutes?

You are not Domino's Pizza. You need not rush through your nap in order to avoid giving it away for free.

You are a tiny baby. You need sleep! While I appreciate your sleeping well overnight, I still think you are supposed to sleep during the day more than 2 hours worth of 30 minute naps.

She actually is happy when she's awake. She just doesn't want to go to sleep :-D

Of course, I'm eating this post today since she's been napping for almost 2 hours now...

Zade was a cat-napper. It about killed me. But he was weird in that he'd cat-nap for like 3-4 days in a row, then he'd sleep almost all day the 5th day...I'd have to wake him to feed him. Crazier was that it never messed up his nighttime sleep patterns. I really fought it at first, to my failure. Finally, I gave in since it wasn't interfering with his night sleeping. It didn't seem to last for too long...just a phase, I guess.

Isaak never slept but he wasn't happy when he was awake. He cried 24/7. But he had Colic and bad Reflux. Jack sounds more like Lilah. He takes 30min. naps but is a happy baby when he is awake. Isaak still doesn't sleep, but only cuase he doesn't know he's still talking in his sleep. God bless him he can't stop talking...LOL!
