BLEEEEEEGH.

It is raining and GROSS outside. Not that I'm not happy for the rain, no good GOD we need the rain. But it makes my personal self a little more inclined to melancholy, which leads to bringing down the mood of the whole house. Seriously - if you could see in my house right now, you'd see the carnage of a rainy day: Pets splayed, hither and thither, as if they ignore it, it will go away. Especially Syd. She refuses to go out during rain, so she goes into a coma-like trance where she doesn't pee for up to 36 hours if necessary. She will.not.go. You can force a dog to the yard, but you can't make 'em pee.

I haven't been feeling too great the last couple of days. Last night, I went to Target to buy a couple of 1-year-old birthday gifts and while I was there I had to pee. I made my way into the bathroom, and as I was leaning over to get my pants all situated, light yellow liquid came pouring out of my nose. I mean pouring, like turning on a faucet pouring. Not drippity drip. Like, WHOOOSH.

Just in case you missed that, I HAD YELLOW LIQUID POURING OUT OF MY NOSE.

Well, of course I was thinking, "Have I started to urinate out of my nose now? WHAT THE FUCK?!" But I hadn't. I am one of those people who suffers from 24/7 post nasal drip. I guess I've got a little sinus infection now, so it's turned. Fantastic. However, it is normally very clear, which after some research to my googling eyes did appear information that leads me to believe that it's quite possible I'm leaking brain fluid out my face. Awesome.

So.

That might explain my forgetfulness. I keep forgetting words. Like, words I know. Words I use. Not words like cat or dog, but words that are a part of my regular vocabulary. I have words running out of my face. :-/ It also makes me forgetful in other things. Such as, the Iraq. No, just kidding. Anyway - I applied for three jobs today, and sent one a resume where I had started writing computer skills on it and don't think I finished. Of course, now that I think of it, maybe I started adding those in later. But I CAN'T REMEMBER. Oh well. I probably didn't want THAT job anyway. I doubt they'd let me wear my pajamas to the office or call in "RAINY!"

People tell me I'm just distractable and that's different from forgetful. I say either is annoying as hell.

So this is my day. My rainy, drippy, forgetful, distracted day.

So far...
