He stayed that way for about 4 hours, by the way...In other news, I had a couple of jobs this week. One was the baby announcements for my friend April. I did them as a postcard, so she could save some money on the postage. I deserve absolutely no credit for the design; she showed me a really expensive announcement that she liked and I just pretty much looked at the picture she sent me and copied it best I could. Ben said he liked mine better. I just hope those people don't find out. LOL. Of course, it's not like I'll be in business with their design. I just did it for her.
I loved these announcements. I mean, I feel like they just turned out really great. I hope she enjoys having these as her announcements as much as I enjoyed creating the design. Oh - I did design the "mailer" part of the post card by myself. It was not a copy :-)The other thing I did was a "Princess Party" invitation for a 4-year-old's party.

I did them as a regular sized sheet of paper, written in sort of "Princess Language," with a crown and flower graphic inside. Then I added jewels to the crown and in the divider flower detail. They are rolled and tied with a ribbon that says, "Little Princess," and then I found little pewter tiara charms - nice enough for a real charm bracelet - so I sewed them onto the tied ribbon, just enough to attach them.
