The baby is just a little crooked
Prefer the right much?
I only get this view when I lay down flat. Standing or sitting, it's not obvious the baby's right side preference. If it is, indeed, a preference. Or a baby. At this point, I'm convinced tumor.
Oh, just you wait! Wait until you're about 8 months pregnant and that "little" booger is camping out on your right side. Then you'll know from crooked!

It's just making sure you know it's there because your belly is so flat.
That's hilarious. Maybe that's why you pee so much.
